Growth and Opportunity in 2017
By Casey Schultz, Agency Partner
As I look back at my year-end blog post from last year, I can confirm one prediction: 2016 will be a great year for Caliber; I’m sure of it. I’m too stubborn to think otherwise and I can’t wait to tell you all about it next year. It’s true, 2016 was a great year for Caliber. Why, you ask? Well, there are a host of reasons, but I wanted to touch on a couple here.
Our Team.
Our team is in place and stronger than ever. We had a couple staffing changes over the course of 2016, which is never easy, but now that we’re back to full strength I’m even more excited about 2017 and what Caliber has to offer. Our skill sets have grown; our culture has evolved and we’re exploring new creative avenues with our clients to find the best fit for each of them. Check out our blog to read more about the newest Caliber staff members.
We kept our core beliefs in check.
This point is a reflection of our team, since they are at the core of this, but we’re really focused on helping our clients in the areas we excel. We hang our hats on a few key beliefs here at Caliber; superior customer service, high-level creativity and honest, open communication. Let’s face it, sometimes we’re not the perfect fit for everyone or every project. We’re okay with that and we’ve learned to accept it – so instead we focus our energy on what we do well and partnering with clients that share our beliefs.
As we dig into the new year and the tasks ahead of us, it feels like we’ve got a lot of great opportunities in front of us; theories to be tested, experiments to be held, and solutions to be found. These are the things that excite me as we move forward. I won’t go off on a tangent here explaining how marketing has changed (fragmented channels, etc…), but in the end, I’m excited to get to work. I’m even more excited to get to work with our team, alongside our clients. We’re ready to explore new opportunities as they come in.
