Caliber Creative has been a partner of Prairie Lakes Healthcare System since 2011 and recently designed and developed a brand identity system for the newly completed Prairie Lakes Wellness Center, which stands as part of the ongoing community vision for better opportunities and amenities in the city of Watertown.
The Prairie Lakes Wellness Center is a $23 million-dollar recreational facility. The 105,000-square foot, two-story facility features a four-court gymnasium, three different pools, fitness rooms, racquetball courts, locker room space, and a child watch area. The Caliber team designed graphic components for the entire facility, from signage to graphic wall installations and court flooring.
The Wellness Center graphic identity includes the wheat from the Prairie Lakes Healthcare System logo. The bold stalk represents the “staff of life” and has kernels of wheat that reach up in a pattern of growth. The blue color reflects the glacial lakes region that Prairie Lakes serves.
