Say Hello to Matt and DeeDee

The leadership team at Caliber is growing! We couldn’t be more excited to introduce you to the two newest additions to the Caliber Team; Matt Foley and DeeDee Wilking. Both Matt and DeeDee have a long-standing relationship with Caliber and now we’re all working from the same side of the table for our clients.
Matt elevates the team with 25 years of experience as a brand manager in the agriculture industry to help develop sales and marketing strategies and build long-term client relationships. His background in agricultural sales and marketing is a great fit for clients in the Midwest. Beyond that Matt brings a new perspective of organizational structure to Caliber that will ensure the company’s success into the future.
Matt is originally from Wisconsin and has ties across the agriculture industry. Outside of agriculture, Matt enjoys time with his family. His three sons keep him busy and are always working on their next project in the shop. If you’re in need of a tool, or even if you don’t know what tool you need, Matt’s got one. Outside of Matt’s business smarts, we love the fact he’s never afraid to get his hands dirty to get a job done, and done well.
DeeDee Wilking strengthens the team with 13 years of marketing and team management experience. Her leadership in creative sales and marketing strategies along with client business development will be a great addition as Caliber continues to help our clients grow their businesses. With a law degree from the University of South Dakota in her back pocket, we’re confident DeeDee will keep the Caliber staff in check as well as all our client’s projects on-task.
DeeDee and her husband are proud parents of one tough little farm boy. DeeDee is a busy lady, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
