Brad leads the charge in creative and production of nearly all the work that comes out of Caliber Creative. With a particular passion for broadcast production, Brad oversees and art directs all video and photo productions for clients of Caliber. Brad is also responsible for day-to-day operations, including keeping all client projects on target, on brand and on budget. Brad is an avid outdoorsmen (just ask for a fishing story) and enjoys spending his free time with his family as much as possible.

Casey oversees all things in the digital world at Caliber. His specialty is creating smart ideas that strengthen brands and develop customer loyalty. Throughout his years, Casey has been involved in all aspects of the advertising industry and continually tries to push the creative limits of Caliber’s clients. When not in the office, you can find Casey outdoors trying to avoid bogeys on the golf course or chasing another hunting trophy. As an SDSU graduate, Casey proudly supports his beloved Jackrabbits whenever he can. #gojacks

Media Specialist. Office Manager. Accountant. Kelly does it all. A farm girl at heart, Kelly grew up in Edgerton, Minnesota where her family milked cows. After graduating from Minnesota West, she accepted a position at a local Sioux Falls advertising agency and moved through the ranks from office assistant to media buyer. Kelly has more than 15 years of regional media buying experience, and brings her awesome negotiating skills and hospitable nature to her many roles at Caliber Creative.

Think of Austin as the cog in a very busy Caliber wheel of talent. He specializes in connecting the dots and keeping things on task, within budget and delivered on time. Austin brings a variety of experience to the team - he has worked at several marketing agencies, for an in-house marketing team, owned 2 small businesses and served 18 months overseas for the South Dakota Army National Guard. He also has an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional. Outside of work, Austin enjoys ice fishing and spending time with his wife and three girls (not necessarily in that order).

Mikena. Dog Lover. Doughnut aficionado. Avid tea latte drinker. And Caliber Account Assistant. A Sioux Falls native, Mikena received her degree from SDSU, where she majored in advertising and minored in marketing. In between applying her wit and grammar-savvy skills towards Caliber blog posts, she will be proofing projects, coordinating with clients, managing web and social media content and putting her Google AdWords certification to work on client accounts.    

Jake is our self-proclaimed “Jake-of-all-trades” from animating videos to brand development, he visually influences designs from start to finish. His personal goal with every project is to combine his knowledge and experience to deliver the best creative work possible. In his free time, he enjoys experimenting with his camera for the perfect photograph or throwing a football or baseball around with his three boys.

An Iowa farm girl at heart, Mandy is always ready to help your brand be more engaging and consistent. Mandy has a degree in graphic design and a minor in advertising from SDSU. She brings the style and grace of her college equestrian team days to all of her design work, especially when she’s experimenting with her favorites, typography and logo design. When not in the office, you can find Mandy biking on the many trails in Sioux Falls, improving her fly-fishing cast or riding her horses whenever she can.

Jarrod is the lead developer at Caliber and quite frankly, he makes websites and digital properties work... somehow. We don't ask much more than that, since that's all that really matters. When Jarrod's not making magic happen on a screen, he's tinkering with his other passion - muscle cars. He's currently working on his Camaro collection and seeing if there isn't a way to squeeze a little more horsepower out of each of them.

Tessa is responsible for developing content in many forms; digital media management, copywriting and assisting in social media strategies. Along with content development, Tessa evaluates the analytical side of Caliber's digital efforts to make sure our work is performing at a very high level. By blending the analytics with the aesthetics, Tessa serves as the source for digital harmony at Caliber. Outside of the office, you can usually find her planning her next trip, enjoying a strong cup of black coffee or hanging out with friends and family in her free time.
