
Caliber Creative is looking to add a Senior Designer to their creative team. We’re looking for someone that is ready to step up and be a leader as the agency grows. This is a ‘hands on’ position meaning you’ll be doing design work to get campaigns and projects off the ground, then likely working with the rest of the team to execute all the pieces and parts as outlined by the creative brief. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Designer should embrace the opportunity to work with the rest of the team to further their development and encourage them to think bigger, better and smarter.
The Senior Designer will be tasked with transforming high-level brand strategy into brand experiences to deliver concept-driven solutions. We need someone who is passionate about their work and has excellent presentation skills and the ability to take the audience on a journey as concepts are shared. Our designers are involved in numerous roles throughout the agency, from concept to execution, the creative team is responsible for making ideas become reality and the Senior Designer needs to lead the charge and hold the rest of the team accountable for executing effectively and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Advertising or marketing agency experience
-Amazing work samples
-Take projects from concept to completion
-Rock solid technical & pre-press skills
-Eagerness for production, not just ideas
-Not afraid to share & explore off the wall ideas
-Assist and support other team members, as well as work independently
-Take pride in your work & strive for pixel perfection
-Extreme attention to detail
-People person with a witty sense of humor
-Knows the ins & outs of Adobe CS products
-An understanding of how technology impacts your ideas
-A passion for collaboration
-Work on-site in a Macintosh based system
-Accepts criticism well and direction even better
-Positive attitude and professional demeanor
-Continuous desire to learn
