WatertownWorks Gold Award

Back in August, we were thrilled to hear that our friends at the Watertown Development Company have been recognized by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) for the creative work done for their website, WatertownWorks.com.

The IEDC is the largest non-profit organization of its kind, serving economic developers across the globe. With more than 4,500 members, the IEDC provides continuing education, networking and resources to its membership, along with a prestigious annual award show that recognizes economic developers and their creative works.

In 2015, the Watertown Development Company enlisted Caliber’s help to design a custom site for WatertownWorks.com. With the goal of creating a robust tool for job seekers and people looking to move their business or their family to Watertown, SD, we came up with a design and unique navigation centered around the theme for WatertownWorks, ‘Work. Live. Grow.’

Along with the custom design, we captured dynamic video footage in Watertown for testimonial and b-roll videos that are showcased on the site. We also crafted compelling written and visual content, built custom online tools to search for properties and jobs, and provided the Watertown Development Company with support for ongoing digital strategy.

Last week, the Watertown Development Company was presented with the Gold Award for WatertownWorks.com in Cleveland, OH.
