WTD? And Five Cool Projects
By Caliber Creative
At Caliber Creative, we have a little something called WTD (Work To Do). These are our in-house production meetings that keep our team on the same page when it comes to projects and statuses. These are also the times in our week when we all prioritize and consume a little extra sugar or caffeine to jumpstart the day.
During these meetings, the agenda is focused primarily on current or upcoming projects. Sometimes we are so focused on WTD (Work To Do) that we glaze over our Work Recently Completed. I might need to implement a new meeting around here, WRC. A time when we can reflect on our Work Recently Completed and give each other a pat on the back or a high-five for a job well done! Never hurts to look back at what you’ve done before you forge ahead to the next thing. Right?
With that said, here are five recently completed projects, that are worthy of something a little bigger than a pat on the back or high-five. Seriously, they turned out SWEET and deserve a mention.
- Stockwell – New Website
Stockwell, a Sioux Falls-based engineering firm, approached Caliber Creative about helping them design and develop an updated brand and website. We had a great time learning about their innovative architectural work, and then translating that into a modernized logo and robust website. The website not only includes image galleries, but also an intricate bid letting system for contractors. Check out their updated brand and new website by clicking here.

- Missouri River Energy Services – Environmental Brochure
Last year, we helped our friends at Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) with their Annual Report – and this year, we had the opportunity to redesign their Environmental Brochure. This piece is given to legislators with the mission of educating them about the renewable and sustainable energy resources MRES generates for its members throughout the Midwest. Caliber enjoyed developing a bright and clean graphic theme for the piece that wrapped the content and imagery together perfectly. See a few images of the completed publication below.

- Prairie Lakes Healthcare System – You Oughta Campaign
To promote their general surgery clinic, Prairie Lakes Healthcare System and Caliber Creative collaborated in developing their new, ‘You Oughta’ campaign. Often, in everyday conversation, you hear people say, “You oughta get that checked out” or “You oughta ask your doctor about that.” And, let’s just say, you oughta see the first TV spot that rolled out the campaign. - Oakridge Nursery & Landscaping – Pinterest, Instagram & Blogging
Our friends at Oakridge Nursery & Landscaping have been active on Facebook for years, and are now jumping on the Pinterest, Instagram and blogging bandwagons. We are excited to help them photograph their unique products and share them all over social media. Their one-of-a-kind products go fast, so give them a follow to stay updated on their latest lines and sales!

- Caliber Creative – Creative Spaces
We’re always thinking up new and great ways to keep our office fresh. What better way to do so than to make our walls creative spaces? One of our ‘new’ walls has a few coats of dry-erase paint, so we can doodle, draw and write ideas all over it. The other has new magnetic panels, so our design team can tack up proofs, mock-ups or inspiration. Never hurts to take a step back and see things from a new perspective.
